On March 10, 2023 at 2015, I, Officer Alexander Appleby, while employed as a uniformed Police Officer for Wilkins Township Police received a walk-in report regarding a domestic incident that had happened on February 5th. The complainant and victim was identified as ██████████████.
███████ reported that on February 5, 2023 at approximately 0030, she had been involved in a domestic dispute with her then boyfriend, William Satkoske. ███████ alleged that during the altercation, Satkoske had taken her phone and caused it to hit her in the face causing minor injuries. ███████ also stated that Satkoske had stolen $500.00 from her purse and had taken her keys and her cell phone and physically would not allow her to leave their residence. ███████ also stated that Satkoske had made multiple verbal threats against her, her family, and her family’s business.
Satkoske wrote a written statement that outlines the following timeline of events:
Satkoske returns home from the bar at 0030. Satkoske beings to have a verbal confrontation with ███████ alleging that she had been with other people and accusing her of lying to him. ███████ told Satkoske that he needed to leave at which point ███████ became angry and stated he wasn’t leaving and would “beat the f*** out of my father and brother” and would “beat the breaks off them”. Satkoske was screaming and crowding ███████ so she threatened to call his parole officer and report him. Upon ███████ making this statement, Satkoske took ███████’s cell phone and keys from her which caused injury to her face when the phone hit her. ███████ stated that at this time, Satkoske shoved her into a wall and then stole $500.00 from her purse. ███████ stated that during the entire ordeal, Satkoske was calling his baby’s mother telling her he may go back to prison. ███████ stated at one point she was able to reach the door and tried to leave when Satkoske grabbed her by the shoulders and pulled her in, slamming her to the wall. Satkoske then said “I swear to god bitch if I go to prison, I will kill you. I will kill your dad, your brother. I will light this entire place up.” ███████ stated that during this exchange, Satkoske was repeatedly jabbing his fingers in her face and into her mouth. Satkoske allegedly told ███████ that he wasn’t letting her go now because she could get him on “kidnapping, burglary, and domestic violence.”
███████ then begged Satkoske to let her go promising that she would not tell anyone what happened. At this time Satkoske gave ███████ her keys back and fled the residence.
During the entire interview of ███████, she was visibly distraught and broke down crying on several occasions. ███████ stated that she had obtained a PFA on Satkoske since the incident happened and that there was to be a PFA hearing on Monday (3/13/2023). ███████ wished for charges to be filed.
The defendant is currently on Parole and has no current permanent address. The listed charges were approved by ADA Chase Stelzer.
Due to the above facts and circumstances, I humbly request a warrant be issued and the defendant answer to the enumerated charges.
Presumption of Innocence: A presumption of innocence means that any defendant in a criminal trial is presumed to be innocent until they have been proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
