Upon our arrival, Officers made contact with the caller who was identified as ███████. ███████ stated that her son-in-law, later identified as Robert Williams, was having a verbal argument with another male inside the house. Let it be known that this other male was uncooperative with Officers and refused to provide basic information. ███████ stated that Williams at some point grabbed a large silver knife and began threatening this unknown male. ███████ stated that she began arguing with Williams to drop the knife. ███████ stated that after some time, Williams put the knife in a sheath and stored it somewhere in the house. ███████ stated that Williams then went into a bedroom and came out with a “rifle”. ███████ stated that when Williams was holding the rifle, he stated “I don’t care, I will kill”.

While on scene, another male approached Officers to report threats Williams made to him. This male was identified as ███████. ███████ stated that Williams and him have been intimate in the past. ███████ stated Williams has made threats to him in the past with firearms. ███████ stated that he was in the room when Williams made threats with the firearm for the above incident. ███████ stated that Williams said he would kill everyone in the room. Due to ███████ and Williams being intimate partners in the past, Williams was placed into custody (double locked and checked for tightness).

███████ stated that she is the owner of the house. ███████ stated that Williams stored the “rifle’ in a bedroom inside a case. ███████ stated that she would like the firearm removed from her home. Officers located a rifle case behind the bedroom door. Inside the case was a Mossberg 835 shotgun (SN UM701086) with a rifle scope attached on top. Officers ran this shotgun but it was not registered or reported stolen. This firearm will be packaged and sent to the MCU.

I had index run a criminal history on Williams. Williams pled guilty to a Statutory Rape (OTN C483205-2) and guilty plea of a person not to possess (OTN G586444-5).

Officers Eyrolles and Duffola (Unit 3211) transported Williams to the ACJ without incident.
