Naresh Bhatt, 37, faces charges of first degree murder and physically defiling a dead body, according to a published article by WUSA.

Manassas Park Police Chief Mario Lugo told reporters that the DNA test matched blood that was found in the couple’s bedroom and bathroom.
Lugo added that it is believed the victim was murdered sometime between July 29 and 30 in bedroom and her was body dragged into the bathroom. That’s where Naresh Bhatt dismembered her body, according to police.
“The forensic unit of Prince William County said it was one of the worst crime scenes they’ve seen. That was one statement they made the day that Naresh was arrested,” Lugo stated.
Bhatt was arrested on August 22 on a charge of concealing a dead body. He reported his wife missing on August 5.
