GWINNETT COUNTY, GA — Gwinnett County police say officers responded to a home off Wilkerson Way after a neighbor called to report someone dead, and arriving officers found a female victim inside.
According to WSB-TV, Sgt. Jennifer Richter said the call came in Sunday morning and investigators then requested the Homicide Unit to respond.
Police said the death was discovered at a location off Wilkerson Way in Grayson, but investigators have not yet determined the nature of the woman’s death.
Authorities said they do not believe there is any threat to public safety and described the case as an isolated incident. The woman’s identity was not released while officers work to notify her next of kin.
